After seeing a motivational quote on loforo I liked so much that I googled it I bought the book it's from: Lost connections from Johann Hari.

And I've been devouring it since yesterday. It makes so very much sense I could cry.

On almost every page something really rings true to me.

'We - without ever quite intending to - have become the first humans to ever dismantle our tribes. As a result, we have been left alone on a Savanna we do not understand, puzzled by our own sadness.'

If you have the time, give it a read. I know I'll be handing it to the people I call my friends and then spend some quality time with them.
